RAMPCOS

The Organization was found in the year 1994 in Bhadravathi as  Raitara Areca Marketing and Processing co-operative LMTD or RAMPCO. RAMPCO was in responsive to the suffering of Arecanut farmers in bhadravathi taluk and Shivamogga district.                           

RAMPCO was Found in the Chairmanship of  Sri  Arakere H. Lokeshappa and Other leaders like  C Malleshappa , U Gangan Gowdru ,GE Chennappa Gowdru and many others. In 1994 there were just 506 members with paid share capital of 5.15 lacks, now it has 3400 members with paid share capital of 143.50 lacks.2015 we started Our First  Branch in Arahatholalu-Kaimara ,our Upcoming Branch is coming soon in Holehonnuru.

In 2018 the society as been awarded as  ”BEST COOPERATIVE  SOCIETY” from Government of Karnataka. From inception till now society is working under profit and declaring dividend every year.
